My Mother's neighbors own this bakery and they are the nicest family. Every year they bring my Mom a beautifully decorated Italian Cream Cake for Christmas and every year it is the first thing we ask about when we get in the house - where is the cake. It is amazingly delicious and the icing is so light it just melts in your mouth! If I lived closer I would be there all the time buying cakes for every occasion.
